On the first floor, there is a terrace with a sea view and the island of San Pietro, a wooden roof, furnished with a raised wooden table and 4 stools with cushions, a garden sofa with cushions, a convenient cart for placing food, and a drying rack. Also on the first floor, the villa has a living room with air conditioning, a wooden table, and 6 faux-leather chairs, a modern and comfortable sofa bed, a 40” TV with satellite channels, functioning Wi-Fi; a spacious kitchen, separate from the living room, equipped with an oven, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and electric kettle; a bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, and washing machine.

On the second floor, there are two bedrooms with outstanding sea views, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, which can be converted into a double bed if needed. Both bedrooms have wooden ceilings and air conditioning. There is also a bathroom with a shower and a spacious wardrobe room with 2 dressers and an iron-wrought wardrobe, similar to that of the second bedroom.
