I am Morena, a Holistic Operator, and I come from the province of Rome. Since childhood, I have been fascinated by Nature and the Well-being it can offer us through Sound, Images, Colors, and Scents. Love and respect for every living being are at the center of my ‘Essence.’ A long time ago, I left all my certainties on the other side of the sea to achieve a goal: to bring Well-being and Serenity to all the people I would meet on my journey. And it is here, in Nebida Villaggio Tanca Piras, an untouched and unique place, that I have chosen to regenerate the mind and body! The air quality is always excellent in this small town. Nestled like a diamond among the rocks and overlooking the sea, Nebida enjoys a microclimate favorable to physical and mental well-being. In the 6-hectare park of Villaggio Tanca Piras, you can have unique experiences in contact with all the elements of Nature. Activities such as walking meditation, mindfulness meditation, sound baths with Tibetan bells, crystal bowls, and silicon bells will make your stay unique and unforgettable. Mining Path of Santa Barbara Nebida-Masua/Porto Flavia
Santa Barbara is the Patron Saint of miners. The Mining Path of Santa Barbara consists of 30 stages within the historical and environmental Geo-mining park of Sardinia. Along dirt roads and mule tracks, you traverse a territory rich in history, a history that spans 8,000 years. Among old mines, ghost villages, and ancient churches, it will feel like stepping back in time, with ancient railways disappearing into the woods. The route of the path is marked. The proposed path in this case starts from Villaggio Tanca Piras with the endpoint at Portu Cauli Beach – Masua. The duration of the route is approximately one hour. Passing through Portu Banda, Porto Corallo, Porto Ferro, you reach the heights of Masua, where the majestic Pan di Zucchero rock unfolds in all its splendor.
